The clinic's outpatient department is run by a team of top-level doctors and surgeons and by qualified and competent nursing and administrative staff. Thanks to its high-performance technical facilities, the clinic can guarantee you safe, high-quality care.
The outpatient surgery or examination you are to undergo has been suggested to you and explained by your surgeon or doctor. Depending on the operation or examination planned, a pre-anaesthetic consultation may be necessary at least 48 hours before the operation. If so, make sure you have the date and time of your appointment.
This is essential in order to facilitate your admission and to establish your administrative file, simplify the formalities and, in particular, reduce waiting times on the day of your operation.
Make sure you have all the documents you need for pre-admission, as indicated in the patient itinerary.
Follow the advice and instructions given by your doctor and anaesthetist during the consultation:
It is important to follow these instructions, otherwise your outpatient surgery may be postponed.
Day of your operation / Outpatient examination Please arrive at the clinic reception desk at the given time. When you arrive, you will be greeted by the receptionist, who will show you which department to go to and you will be looked after by a multidisciplinary team.
In the room or cubicle, remove your glasses and contact lenses - don't forget to tell the nurses about your dental and hearing aids. You will be given a kit including a gown for the operating theatre, overshoes and a cap.
During your outpatient treatment, you can benefit from the "standing patient" approach. This concept enables patients who are willing and able to do so to move from their room to the operating theatre with the help of a member of the nursing team.
You can find out more about the concept in our"news" section!

When you are discharged, you will be given the documents relating to your stay at the clinic: letters, prescriptions, X-rays, blood tests, blood group card, sick leave, discharge slip, etc.
In the event of anaesthesia during your hospitalisation in outpatient surgery, you must undertake to comply with the following obligations:
